Privacy policy
Effective October 5, 2026
Who we are
Legion Racing Network (legionracingnetwork.com) is run by Wrought Industries, LLC, an Arizona company. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Wrought Industries, LLC. Questions about your information go to hello@wroughtindustries.com.
What we collect
If you send a booking inquiry: your name, email address, league name, league website or Discord, the services you're interested in, series or car class, start date, number of races, budget, and your message.
When you visit: like any website, the servers that deliver it see your IP address and browser type. When you send an inquiry we keep a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address so we can limit spam. It can't be turned back into your address.
We don't take payments on this site, we don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell your information.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan any broadcast you book with us.
- To keep the inquiry form safe from spam and abuse.
That's all. We don't use your information for anything you didn't send it for, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below, which handle it for us.
Services that handle it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores inquiries in its database.
- YouTube plays our broadcasts in the page, using its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube's own privacy policy applies once a video plays.
- Our typefaces are stored on our own site, so loading the page doesn't contact anyone else.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies for visitors. Our staff sign-in page sets one cookie that keeps staff signed in; it's only used there. The YouTube player may set its own cookies once you play a video.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as we need them to reply and to run any broadcast you book. We delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@wroughtindustries.com from the address you used and we'll take care of it. If we ever email you something you didn't ask for, reply and we'll stop.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
